Job Summary
Cozy Crawlers is a growing baby sleepwear brand in need of a reliable, organized, and positive individual to join our team as a Remote Support & Shipping Coordinator.
In this fully remote role, you’ll support our operations and customer service as we continue to expand. No prior experience is required—we’re happy to train the right person who’s eager to learn and grow with us.
Job Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a kind, helpful, and professional manner
- Coordinate manufacturing shipments and help manage delivery schedules
- Organize and maintain order tracking documents
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm shipments and resolve issues
- Help improve our internal systems and suggest process improvements
- Assist with other administrative or support tasks as needed
Requirements
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic computer tools
- Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace with access to internet
