What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain applications and services in Node.js within a cloud-native environment.
• Develop and manage data pipelines for large-scale, event-driven systems.
• Work with AWS services and contribute to the growth of our data lake architecture.
• Implement event-based processing to ensure efficient, real-time handling of data streams.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and leadership to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• Work directly with our VP of Engineering, gaining mentorship and exposure to high-impact decision making.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience
• 4–5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven expertise with AWS (Lambda, S3, Kinesis, or similar).
• Strong proficiency with Node.js and modern back-end development practices.
• Experience building data pipelines and working with event-driven systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of data lake architectures.
• Preferred
• Exposure to telephony systems (SIP, VoIP, call routing, or contact center technologies).
• Core Skills
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
