Overview
Job Summary

The Full Stack Web Developer will work closely with Client Services, Business Development, and other internal Teams to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of key technical solutions based on clients’ needs and wants. This position will work with the afore mentioned Teams to develop and implement designs for new and existing websites built off varying technologies. Managing AWS infrastructure, database administration, server maintenance, and project development, as well as involved in the analysis, development, enhancement, and deployment of corporate on-line capabilities in addition to design and development of customer spec database systems and Internet-facing promotional and e-commerce sites.

Responsibilities of Full Stack Web Developer

· Experience in system analysis, design, coding and testing.

· Knowledge of the latest web technologies and passion for web.

· Position participates in full systems life cycle with solution design, development, implementation, and production support.

· Skills Required: Linux, Docker, Apache, MySQL, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript

· Additional Skills Preferred: ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, Kibana/OpenSearch Dashboards, Wazuh, OSSEC, NPM, WebPack.

· Amazon Web Services: EC2, Route53, ElasticBeanstalk.

· Git (Github/Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab, etc.)

· MSSQL (SQL Server), Python

· Graphics skills and familiarity with photo editing (Illustrator, Photoshop, GIMP)

· Experience with Symfony or modern MVC frameworks preferred (CakePHP, Laravel, Ruby on Rails, Symfony, Django, etc.).

· Experience with online shopping cart platforms: Shopify, Shopify Plus, Magento, WordPress/Woo Commerce.

· Experience with data and development security best practices: OWASP, PCI, etc.

· Unit testing, integration testing.

· Conduct quality assurance testing.

· Administer development and production environments.

· Create and maintain websites utilizing noted technologies.

· Assist in conversion to new technologies.

· Troubleshooting and debugging internet technologies.

· Provide timely functional releases to meet fast changing business requirements.

· Assess risk and impact on existing systems that may arise due to any requirement or functional change.

· Source code maintenance.

· Multitask between regular everyday tasks to large and small tasks that may require working with a team.

Knowledge, Skill Requirements & Qualifications

· Minimum of some college; IT –related AA or BS degree preferred

· 2-year degree information Technology or similar field AND/OR commensurate employment experience in similar position(s).

· Must have a combination of skills including web development, database development programming, and web infrastructure.

· A desire to learn and grow professionally in the technical area with a growing company.

· Motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a member of a development team.

· Creative problem solver with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

· Ability to explain/communicate complex technical concepts and terms to non-technical staff.

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines.

· Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.

Flex hours/Hybrid Office/Remote.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,093.83 - $83,209.77 per year
