Are you tech people material? Because we need one. Specifically, we’re looking for a Systems Administrator (maybe even two). If I have to explain what a Systems Administrator does, you’re probably not the right person—but let’s bullet some points anyway, just in case.

What You’ll Do: Systems Administration

You’ll support and troubleshoot a wide range of technologies—desktops, Microsoft 365, servers, networks, and everything in between. No two days are the same, and you’ll be counted on to handle whatever’s thrown your way - with skill, calm, and a good attitude.

Must-Have Skills (Day One)

• Windows Server & Active Directory basics
• Microsoft 365 (mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Desktop troubleshooting (Windows; Mac skills are a bonus)
• General networking fundamentals (IP/DNS/VPN/firewall concepts)

Bonus Points (and Higher Pay)

• Experience with RMM/PSA tools used in MSP environments (e.g., Kaseya, NinjaOne, HaloPSA)
• Azure AD, Intune, or hybrid AD environments
• Cisco, Meraki & Ubiquiti switches/firewalls/APs
• Experience designing or deploying server environments

Education & Experience? We’re Flexible

Maybe you’ve got a degree in Network Admin. Maybe you’ve been a sysadmin for 2 years. Maybe you’ve just been solving complex tech issues since high school. If you can do the job, we want to talk. Extra credit if you have worked for an MSP or in a fast-paced IT environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
