Job Summary
We are looking for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist who is passionate about aesthetics and the customer experience. This position is available immediately / start date within 2 to 4 week timeframe.

We are a premier medical spa located in the South End of Boston, MA offering tailored services in injectables, aesthetic skin care, lasers and hair restoration.

Our busy, high-end Medspa offers the latest in non-surgical cosmetic procedures aimed at helping our clients look and feel their best!

Overview

The Front Desk Receptionist will work the front desk of the office and assist with all front desk operations but will also work closely with management to assist with the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.

Preferred candidates have front desk and sales experience at a Medspa or other aesthetic retail businesses. Candidates must have highly professional and courteous conduct with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Front desk operations
  • Check clients in/out in a timely & professional manner
  • Timely and accurately enter/update patient information in the practice management system and any outside documents
  • Answer phones in a timely and professional manner, direct calls to appropriate person, take messages and check voicemail messages
  • Monitors Providers’ schedules to ensure that appointments are scheduled according to established protocols / guidelines and communicate schedule changes or appointment issues
  • Promptly escalate patient concerns and work with management to find acceptable solutions
  • Assist with office inventory and ordering
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (College degree highly preferred)
  • 2+ years of relevant Medspa or aesthetic retail experience
  • Neat, professional appearance
  • Proficient with computers; Experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Experience with practice management software a plus
  • Must be able to work Saturdays.

Job Type: Part-time

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Schedule:

  • 3 to 4 shifts/week (between 16 & 26 hours each week)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
