Job Summary: As a Packager at EUREKA, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of our production process by accurately packaging cannabis products for distribution. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that products are packaged securely, labeled correctly, and meet quality standards before leaving our facility. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Job Duties:
- Product Packaging: Package cannabis products according to company specifications, ensuring that each item is securely and accurately packaged. Follow all packaging procedures to maintain product integrity and safety.
- Labeling: Apply labels to packaged products, ensuring that all labels are correct, legible, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Verify that labels match product information and batch numbers.
- Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of packaged products to check for defects, leaks, or any discrepancies. Report any issues or inconsistencies to supervisors for resolution.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by tracking packaging materials and supplies. Report any shortages or discrepancies to ensure timely replenishment.
- Sanitation and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area by following sanitation procedures. Ensure that all packaging equipment and tools are kept in good working condition and properly sanitized.
- Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate records of packaging activities, including batch numbers, quantities, and any issues encountered. Ensure that all documentation is submitted as required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of packaging tasks. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address any concerns or needs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to management promptly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.81 per hour
