Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that deliver intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UX solutions.
• Design and test user interfaces that balance aesthetics, usability, and functionality.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data.
• Maintain consistency in visual elements and design systems across all digital products.
• Stay up to date with UX/UI design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Present and communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio of past project.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UI best practices
• Ability to conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping
• Knowledge of responsive and accessible design standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and ability to translate requirements into effective design solutions
