Job Description
As a Transfer Agent, your main responsibility is to:
- Pre-screen incoming calls from potential clients.
- Transfer qualified callers to licensed agents for their plan review.
No cold calling – just answering and transferring!
Requirements (Must-Haves to Be Considered)
Computer with at least 8GB RAM
Headset
Reliable high-speed internet
Distraction-free environment (quiet workspace)
Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST
Professional phone voice
Team player with a positive attitude
