Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional client services and support, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle various customer inquiries with professionalism and care. This role will include working with both Personal Insurance clients as well as Commercial Insurance clients.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Manage outbound calling efforts to follow up with clients and gather feedback on services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including data entry of relevant information into our systems.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns and enhance service delivery.
- Uphold company standards for quality service while adhering to established protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a call center or customer support environment is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle sales inquiries and promote products or services effectively.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality client services.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
