Job Summary

We are seeking an Automation Engineer Support professional to ensure the continuous operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of process equipment and computerized systems across Manufacturing and Utilities areas.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in PLCs, HMI, DeltaV, SCADA, DCS/BAS, FactoryTalk, MES, system integration, and GMP-regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the continuous operation of process equipment and automation systems
• Troubleshoot, install, configure, and maintain PLCs, HMI, SCADA, DeltaV, DCS/BAS, MES, databases, and interfaces
• Execute software and hardware changes to computerized systems
• Support system upgrades, integrations, qualifications, and capital projects
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Engineering teams
• Support change controls, CAPAs, investigations, and audit readiness
• Review design changes to ensure cGMP and data integrity compliance
• Develop and maintain procedures for operations, security, backup/restore, and disaster recovery
• Provide user training, technical support, and project status updates
• Support automation standards, system redesigns, and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Experience

• PLC / HMI troubleshooting
• SCADA, DeltaV, FactoryTalk, DCS/BAS
• MES and computerized systems
• System integration and networking
• Change controls, CAPA, and audits
• GMP / Data Integrity environments
• Backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures
