Summary

We are seeking a Business Development professional located in Denver, Colorado, to drive growth and expand our client base. This role is pivotal in aligning our services with client needs and enhancing our market presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of services with client expectations.
• Utilize Deltek Vantage and CRM software to track leads and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the Architect, Engineering Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Ability to develop strategic plans that align with company objectives.
• Strong communication skills for effective client engagement.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies is preferred.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or real-life experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of business development experience and network in the A/E/C industry.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, with strengths in the latest versions of MS Word, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Deltek Vantage or CRM software.
• Exceptional writing and overall communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
