Position Overview: We are looking for compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to assist a healthcare campaign. Your role will be vital in providing clear information and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions.
• Clearly explain the breach details and the services offered to them.
• Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in all communications.
• Accurately submit CRM tickets to ensure effective issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• MUST have at least 6 months of remote customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Proven ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism in customer interactions.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Technical Support Experience

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
