musa Technology partners is looking for an individual who has passion and talent for an Information Technology Technical Solutions Architect with demonstrable success in solutioning technical problems. This role will serve as the senior resource in the Technical Solutions organization at musa, managing multiple simultaneous internal and client-focused initiatives and participating in developing musa TSA processes. This person will report to the Technical Solutions Architect Lead but will be working with musa management and leadership on a day-to-day basis.

Job Description:
The musa Technical Solutions Architect (TSA) works with a set of assigned accounts and provides support in developing a technology roadmap, reviewing and maintaining partners’ IT infrastructures and operational documentation set, recommending new technologies and developing budgetary roadmaps to support the vision. A TSA will provide IT expertise and leadership and is seen as a competitive advantage of musa’s partners to support growth.
Together, along with our Account Managers, TSAs are accountable for creating and maintaining long-term relationships with our musa partners. TSAs gain an intimidate knowledge of our partners business helping them achieve their strategic goals with technology.
This position focuses primarily on the business relationship with the partner and leveraging musa’s resources to improve their operational efficiencies. The TSA shows our partners ways they can improve and enable their business objectives through technology and helps identify and mitigate potential areas of risk. In addition, it is TSA’s responsibility to continually highlight the value of our services to our partners.
Technology Management Responsibilities:
· Understand our partners’ strategic and business goals.
· Become and act as our partners trusted technical advisor.
· Develop a technology roadmap for each partner.
· Develop a technology budget based on this plan.
· Make each partner aware of the business risks within their technology environment and develop a strategy to mitigate those risks.
· Evaluate reports to identify trends and develop recommendations to improve business efficiency.
· Assist Account Managers in communicating the value of any proposals to our partners.
· Participate in driving implementation of technical solutions.
· Work with partner liaisons and the Account Manager Team to pre-scope technical work to the partner’s specifications.
· Provide high level pre-scoping items to achieve partner goal(s) to the Professional Service team for peer review and SoW creation.
· Assist with the creation of statements of work, reviewing for accuracy and identify “scope creep” and patently “out of scope” tasks and notify relevant parties within musa.
· Oversee the proposal/project process (proposal delivery, follow-through, project implementation).
· Work with the project teams to ensure we deliver what we have promised.
· Identify blockers and suggest workarounds to project and partner management at musa.
Account Management Responsibilities:
· Ensure the partner understands the value of musa and our service contracts.
· Constantly be aware of the pulse of each partner - there should be no surprises.
· Keep account information up to date including contacts, operational documentation…etc
Technical Skills
· 2-4 Years Experience with at least 3 of the following:
o 365 Platform (exchange, sharepoint, teams)
o SSO (single sign on)
o MFA (multifactor authentication)
o Intune
o AutoPilot
o Conditional Access
· 1-2 Years Experience with:
o Azure (VMs, Storage)
o AWS
· Experience with a Plus:
o Google Workspace
o Google Cloud
o Okta
o MDM (mobile device manager)
o BYOD (bring your own device)
