Coffee Production Team Member

Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
Pay: $20/hour + benefits after 6 months

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Coffee Production Team Members to support our coffee production process. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure our freshly roasted coffee is packaged, labeled, and delivered at the highest quality standards.

This position is physically demanding and requires being on your feet for extended periods. Ideal candidates are dependable, efficient, and eager to contribute to a team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, seal, label, and package freshly roasted coffee.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Operate basic production equipment and machinery.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food quality protocols (HACCP & CGMP).
• Assist with equipment checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable standing for long periods in a warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and punctual.
• Prior food production or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided).

Skills (Preferred but not required)

• Knowledge of sanitation practices (HACCP, CGMP).
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience in food or beverage production environments.

Base Pay: From $20.00 per hour
