Job Title: Accounts Manager – IT Staffing

Job Description:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong network with direct and indirect IT clients (Implementation partners), possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a deep understanding of staffing processes including C2C, W2, and full-time hiring models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing IT clients and vendors (both direct and indirect).
- Generate new business opportunities by leveraging personal client networks.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfill them efficiently.
- Work on different hiring models: Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, and Full-Time positions.
- Negotiate terms, rates, and contracts with clients and consultants.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, project tracking, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients for feedback, renewals, and repeat business.
- Provide regular reports on account health, pipeline, and closures to leadership.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in IT account management or client servicing in a staffing environment.
- Strong network of IT clients (direct and indirect).
- Excellent knowledge of US and/or India staffing models (C2C, W2, Full-Time).
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and business development process.
