Summary: Directs and coordinates development and production activities of computerized management information systems by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Consults with management to analyze computer system needs for management information and functional operations, to determine scope and priorities of projects, and to discuss system capacity and equipment acquisitions.
- Working with proprietary. Perform assigned responsibilities in the various steps of the system integration (planning, design, development, implementation, deployment, and maintenance)
- Recommends and develops plans for systems development and operations, hardware and software purchases, budget.
- Manages the development, implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization.
- Develops, implements, and monitors management information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance.
- Negotiates and contracts with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products.
- Provides support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware.
- Co-Manages with third party vendor computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.
- Reviews reports of computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine costs and impact, and address problems.
- Co-Manages with third party vendor development, maintenance, and testing of disaster recovery plans.
- Maintain Dealer Management System, associated API's and related software interfaces .
- Stays well informed of latest trends in technology.
- Maintains documentation of system hardware and software configuration and integration, inventory of assets and service agreements.
- Manages and administers card access and security systems.
- Co-Manages with third party vendor telephone system.
- Manages security system.
- Manages company web-site.
- Any and all duties as the need arise

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
