As an AT&T Sales Assistant you will work with our customers and local business to provide them with telecommunication services that range from internet, wireless, and landline services. The AT&T Sales Assistant will be knowledgeable in all service offerings to be able to provide superior customer service and sales solutions. We are looking to bring on a AT&T Sales Assistant as we expand our clients and continue our contribution in sales across McAllen. The AT&T Sales Assistant will have a customer first approach, meaning active listening is involved to focus on their wants and needs. AT&T Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

• As an AT&T Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and business owners, providing outstanding support and product presentations on services available to them
• Understand all service offerings to be able to drive sales by offering tailored solutions to meet customer and business needs.
• Engage with customers to promote and sell AT&T products and services.
• Manage customer and business accounts to take on various sales-related tasks, including processing transactions and following up on service installations
• Provide an experience that exceeds customer expectations, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
• Assist in training new hires on effective sales strategies ,customer service techniques, and how to work with local businessesTake ownership of customer inquiries and resolve
• issues efficiently

AT&T Sales Assistant Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service, sales, customer facing role or in a similar sales-focused role.
• Prior experience also working with businesses and business owners is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse customer demographics.
• Ability to provide a professional and friendly customer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A passion for delivering excellent sales and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,004.00 - $50,411.00 per year
