Who You Are
You’re a proactive UX/UI Designer who thrives on creating thoughtful, impactful user experiences . You bring strong technical and creative expertise , working seamlessly across teams to enhance design workflows. You’re the kind of person who:

What You’ll Do
- Design Engaging User Interfaces – Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance usability
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with engineers and stakeholders to align design with product needs
- Conduct User Research & Testing – Gather insights, refine concepts, and improve design effectiveness
- Develop & Maintain Design Systems – Establish scalable UI components and design patterns
Requirements
- Experience designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces in a collaborative environment
- Strong foundation in UX/UI principles , wireframing, and prototyping
- Passion for usability testing , research-driven design, and problem-solving
- Strong skills in organization, logical thinking, and creative execution
Preferred Qualifications (Don’t let these keep you from applying!)
- BS degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science , or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI Design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other UX/UI tools
- Experience in manufacturing, enterprise applications, or ERP/MRP systems
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Location
Fort Wayne, IN – Work on-site in a modern, revitalized space near downtown , designed to inspire creativity and collaboration .
