Senox Corporation is looking for a Systems Administrator to join our IT team!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installing and updating operating systems, applications, drivers, patches, and security tools
- Backup and recovery / Business continuity and Disaster Recovery
o Cybersecurity
o Production Server & Critical System Outage Plan / High Availability
o Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity
- Manage licenses of all software
- High availability planning, deployment and administration
- Continuously plan for next release of Windows, window server software
- Provisioning and troubleshooting servers
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal reference
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Perform regular system monitoring and audits to ensure system health, security, and uptime
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize IT systems for various business needs
- Provide ticket support for servers and software systems including ERP
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of server management including installing, patching and maintaining servers and virtual environments, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments and related technologies.
- Experience creating and managing data backup strategies, ensuring data integrity and being able to restore data in case of emergencies
- Experience writing scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline system management processes.
- Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and automated deployment tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Linux, Cisco) are a plus.
- Experience working with an ERP (Epicor Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $89,650.00 per year
