The Role

We are looking for a versatile Software Engineer to join our core team. You will spend your time optimizing and scaling Thundr while playing a key role in the development of our secret "new field" projects. If you are a polyglot engineer who thrives on variety and high-performance systems, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Scale Thundr: Maintain and enhance our real-time video infrastructure to ensure seamless global connectivity.
• Build the Future: Transition between projects, applying your skills to new initiatives in AI and Machine Learning.
• Write Clean, Fast Code: Utilize a modern stack (Rust, Elixir, C++) to build reliable, low-latency services.
• Collaborate: Work closely with a nimble team to take features from concept to deployment.

Technical Requirements

We value deep expertise in our core languages but prioritize the ability to learn and adapt.

• Backend: Professional experience with Rust, Elixir, or C++.
• Frontend: Proficiency in Svelte and JavaScript.
• Specialization: Practical knowledge of AI / Machine Learning implementation.
• Adaptability: A "flexible" mindset—comfortable switching between different languages and project types as business needs evolve.

• Stable Hours: A predictable Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule (including a 1-hour lunch break).

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
