We are looking for a Supervisor who thrives in a fast paced, detail-oriented environment with a passion for consumer electronics and prior management experience. Retail management experience a plus!

**$18.50 per hour after successfully completing 90-day training with monthly bonus potential**

We are a fast paced, high volume electronics franchise store that buys, sells, and trades a wide variety of consumer electronics (phones, tablets, laptops, game systems, cameras etc). Our company is growing quickly and has opportunities for advancement!

Some responsibilities of the Supervisor include:

• Supervisors are expected to promote our People First culture; ensure all company Processes are executed and take the lead in generating Profits.
• Supervisors are responsible for ensuring store operations run smoothly each day and help grow and develop Buyers and Tester Listers on staff. The Supervisor is responsible for opening and closing the store each day.
• Supervisors are responsible for managing customer order fulfillment, shipping, answering customer messages and handling order dispute resolution. This is a key responsibility each day.
• Supervisors also will spend time in front of house with in-store customers. They will greet and explain our company processes to incoming customers and be a leader for the buy, sell and trade process.
• Supervisors are responsible for managing the back of the house operation. This includes overseeing the work of our Electronics Tester Listers and ensuring their work product is error-free and follows our pricing procedures. Supervisors are expected to help with Listing during downtime each shift.

Supervisor Qualities:

• You must be a people person with the ability to befriend, relate, and build relationships with all types of employees and customers. Ability to remain focused in a high volume/fast paced environment – ability to adapt situation to situation.
• Must have prior management or supervising experience. Retail Management experience is a plus but not required.
• Must possess a strong interest in consumer electronics. We handle smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems and cameras daily among other electronics. Comfort with both Windows and MacOS is a plus.
• You must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be a lifelong learner who looks to grow and improve each and every day.
• Must be tech savvy. Must be able to type quickly and accurately. Accuracy is paramount as you will be entering in final records of purchases and sales.
• Punctual, “get it done” upbeat attitude, team player, professional demeanor. Must be able to follow protocol and procedures and hold team accountable to do the same.
• Professional appearance. Must be well spoken (English). Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Understanding of popular second-hand online auction sites, and the ability to reference/search completed listings of products quickly is a plus.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to remain on your feet for hours at a time, possibly 8+ hours in a day. Ability to lift 25lb items.
