R.C. Moore is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to oversee our company's information technology systems and operations. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's technology infrastructure, while also providing support and guidance to our IT team.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, and is based on-site in our Scarborough, Maine Corporate Office. Occasional travel to the other terminals is required, as necessary.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Technical Support: Address and resolve issues related to computers, printers, telephones, and other technology.
- System Analysis: Analyze operational software systems, develop specifications for necessary changes, and implement ongoing analysis and reporting mechanisms.
- Documentation: Maintain system documentation and evaluate vendor products.
- Training: Provide advice and training to end-users on relevant technologies.
- Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to ensure maximum availability for core applications and troubleshoot reported problems.
- Performance Tuning: Ensure software systems exchange data properly and provide application performance tuning.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on core applications, maintaining internal SLAs, system availability, capacity management, and performance KPIs.
- Project Management: Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems operate correctly in current and future environments.
- 24/7 Support: Coordinate around-the-clock technical support for all core applications and related software components.
- Process Development: Lead efforts to develop and implement processes for core applications and system monitoring.
- Application Updates: Implement core application updates, including upgrades, patches, and new releases.
- Testing and Debugging: Test, debug, implement, and document core applications, modifying company products and systems as needed.
- Vendor Management: Work with vendor support on all issues and manage problem resolution and root cause analysis.
- Monitoring: Perform daily monitoring and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a technical position supporting Windows 7 and 10, Microsoft Office 2016 and later, Internet Explorer, Chrome, SharePoint, and other business applications.
- EDI and ERP experience required; NetSuite experience preferred.
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
- Help Desk experience and some programming, scripting, and macros experience desirable. SQL experience is helpful.
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
- A+ Certification required. MCSE certification(s) preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 and Teams required.
