About the Role:

As a Senior Systems Administrator at Lifetime, you will be at the forefront of designing, configuring, and maintaining our core computing infrastructure. You’ll ensure that our systems are secure, reliable, and optimized to meet our business needs, enabling us to drive innovation and growth. Your work will be crucial in supporting everything from data center servers to mobile devices and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build & Secure Infrastructure: You'll take the lead in building and maintaining the infrastructure systems and services that power our organization.
  • Automate for Efficiency: Develop and implement processes and automation to streamline system administration tasks, boosting efficiency and consistency.
  • Ensure Security & Compliance: Ensure configurations meet best practices and stay secure, compliant, and up-to-date.
  • Monitor Systems: Deploy tools and processes to monitor the health of systems, ensuring stable operations and immediate response to anomalies.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with the CIO and CISO to secure infrastructure systems and safeguard critical data.
  • Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors to ensure top-tier solutions for our needs.
  • Mentor & Develop: Help train and develop other IT staff, building redundancy of knowledge and strengthening the team’s skill set.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular reports on system performance, risks, and opportunities to the CIO, helping shape decisions for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the following:

  • Advanced technical expertise in systems administration, including Windows Domain setup, Microsoft Azure integration, networking, and VoIP technologies.
  • Hands-on experience managing core infrastructure, including servers, data storage, and cloud environments.
  • Proven ability to analyze infrastructure performance and implement improvements, driving cost savings and efficiency.
  • Strong cybersecurity acumen, with a deep understanding of IT General Controls and Cybersecurity best practices.
  • A passion for innovation, with a mindset to streamline operations through automation, ensuring high levels of efficiency and security.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
