DRIVER HELPER

Salary

Starting $18.00 per hour up to $20.00 per hour

Job Type

Full-time (3 – 5 days per week)

Part-time (1 – 2 days per week)

Seasonal FT and PT (November 15th - January 15th with the possibility of permanent employment with Fantastic performance)

Shifts

Start time: 11:15am daily

Front End Team

• Sunday through Thursday

Back End Team

• Tuesday through Saturday

Weekends only available

• Friday/Saturday through Sunday

Basic Qualifications:

• State ID, Non-Driver License, or US Passport; Active Driver License not required.
• 18 years of age or older
• Able to move boxes up to 55lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• 100 – 200+ stops per day.
• Reliability/Dependability
• Team Player

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the assigned Delivery Associate (Driver) with loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle.
• Support Delivery Associate by delivering packages to customer locations, verifying addresses, and scanning items for accurate tracking.
• Maintain awareness of safety protocols and comply with all Amazon delivery and vehicle safety standards.
• Help organize packages in sequence to support efficient route completion.
• Communicate effectively with the driver and dispatch team regarding delivery status or route challenges.
• Assist with navigation, package scanning, and secure package handling throughout the route.
