This role isn’t about sitting on the sidelines — you’ll be out in the action at live retail events, engaging with the crowd, rallying support for incredible nonprofit causes, and driving momentum that makes a real difference.

Your Role on the Team:

• Bring the Hype: Be the face of the campaign at live events — approach, engage, and energize the crowd with your personality and positivity.
• Play with Purpose: Champion meaningful causes by representing leading nonprofits and sharing their mission with passion.
• Drive Results: Encourage fans to get involved — from sign-ups to donations — and help your team hit the scoreboard with impactful results.
• Chase the Win: Work toward individual and team goals with uncapped commission — the harder you hustle, the higher the rewards.
• Train & Elevate: Receive full training and ongoing coaching to sharpen your skills and climb the ranks.
