```Duties```
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and systems, including routers and switches, Servers.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions.
- Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access.

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Network Technician or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and tools.
- Strong understanding of VoIP systems and telecommunication principles.
- Familiarity with system administration and high availability concepts.
- Experience with DHCP, APIs, LDAP, SSH, and other related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex network issues.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications with: Microsoft, Sonicwall,Extreme,Ruckus,
