Vedder Holsters is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our IT team! A successful candidate will develop and maintain software solutions to enhance visibility and efficiency across key business areas, including site management, inventory, production processes, and third-party software integrations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, collaborative developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications, with a focus on Shopify (Liquid) and BigCommerce (Stencil) platforms.
- Build and manage APIs, webhooks, and integrations with tools such as Monday.com, Slack, Google Analytics, and custom software.
- Create and optimize dashboards for sales, inventory, and API-driven KPIs using platforms like Monday.com or custom solutions.
- Analyze and visualize sales trends, inventory, and operational metrics to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Document code and processes to ensure maintainability and team alignment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Shopify (Liquid) and/or BigCommerce (Stencil) development.
- Experience building and maintaining APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to process and visualize sales trends, inventory, or operational metrics.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving production issues.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-stack development experience, with 1-2 years in eCommerce or SaaS environments.
- Experience with IT systems or infrastructure is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset when addressing complex challenges.
