Job Description

Summary:

The ERP System Manager will lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the company’s Epicor 10 system to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency across all manufacturing and supply-chain functions. This role acts as the primary liaison between production, purchasing, engineering, and accounting teams, ensuring that every operational transaction and process is properly captured and aligned within Epicor 10.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Epicor 10 system, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and alignment with company operational requirements.
  • Manage and support all operational modules, including job management, material issuance, inventory control, raw-material receipts, and part returns (including DMR processing).
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline ERP workflows, improve data integrity, and enhance manufacturing visibility.
  • Configure and maintain system settings, parameters, and workflows; coordinate with IT and external Epicor resources for upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards, analytics, and management reports to support decision-making.
  • Serve as the operational subject-matter expert for Epicor functionality, advising on best practices and ensuring system consistency across departments.
  • Train and support users, develop standardized procedures, and maintain documentation for ERP processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to align ERP data flow with real-world operations, from job creation through completion and shipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve transactional or system issues in coordination with internal stakeholders and external support.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Epicor 10 (or a comparable ERP platform) is a must.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of production workflows, material handling, inventory management, and job-tracking processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements that enhance system accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Skilled in developing reports and dashboards to support management visibility and performance tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic production environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
