Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Clerical position!

As a shipping clerk, you will be responsible for preparing and sending out orders to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will also handle incoming shipments, verify inventory, and maintain records.Will be responsible for shipping materials from one warehouse to specified locations, will package and over see labeling of materials and track them to their final location. You will be responsible for Reporting: Preparing and printing shipping labels, and compiling reports for senior management.

• Must be able to utilize internal data tracking tools- familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Internet Browsers, Windows, and any other data tracking system.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in person with various delivery drivers, as well as via headset. Additionally, must be able to manage radio communications with internal team members.
• Prefer candidates with high attention to detail and standardization.
• Accountable candidates with sterling attendance history- absences and truancy in this role impact our operation heavily.

Safety: Ensuring adherence to environmental management and systems. You will be required to bend, lift, stoop during the shift and will be asked to do other duties as specified.
