About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in Figma to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas and business goals into clean, functional, and delightful interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Conduct user research, personas, user journeys, and usability testing to guide design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with requirements.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries in Figma.
• Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color, and layout across all digital products.
• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, Design Systems).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, wireframing, and visual design.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Experience collaborating with agile development teams.
• Familiarity with other tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, or FigJam is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. #IT

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Experience:

• Figma: 4 years (Required)
• Figma Light: 1 year (Required)
