What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end product designs across nonprofit + donor surfaces
• Turn messy requirements or opaque feedback into clear, opinionated Figma work
• Ship fast with product + engineering
• Build scalable components, flows, and design systems
• Raise the bar for usability, visual clarity, and product coherence

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years web or product design experience
• Exceptional Figma fluency (components, auto-layout, systems)
• High taste + UX instincts (details + excellence matters)
• Kindness, thoughtfulness, and humility

Nice to have

SaaS, fintech/payments, nonprofit, marketplace experience

Pay: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
