WHO YOU ARE
In your past roles, you’ve gained experience in:
- Technical Excellence: a strong foundation in statistics and data transformation—along with hands-on experience in advanced machine learning and modern data engineering tooling. You leverage cloud platforms and bring data science products to production (deploying models, building data pipelines and analytical datasets).
- Consulting and Client Skills: business consulting and client interaction, including project scoping and management, translation of business requirements into analytical solutions that built trusted relationships through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Business Impact: leveraged customer data and analytics to support marketing, strategy, customer relationship management, and development of data products that deliver business value.
Beyond your title, you are:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Lead analytical projects in partnership with senior leadership from exploration to implementation
- Translate ambiguous business questions into data science approaches
- Build and deploy models and data pipelines using cloud-based tooling
- Communicate results and their meaning clearly to business and technical audiences
- Contribute to internal and client product development
- Continually improve and challenge the status quo of Elicit’s data science approach
- Work from home with travel to clients and internal company gatherings
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 6+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics
- Expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning methods
- Proficiency in python, SQL, and cloud environments
- Demonstrated experience bringing data science solutions into production
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to business stakeholders
- Proven client-facing consulting experience
- Ability to work independently while contributing to collaborative team environments
- Proficient with PowerPoint to build slides that tell an analytics story to business users
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teammates and stakeholders
