Job Summary: The IT Systems Administrator position will primarily involve managing, maintaining, and optimizing the IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operation and uptime of systems and networks. This role will oversee the installation, configuration, and support of servers, workstations, and network equipment while providing advanced technical assistance to our users. In addition, the IT Systems Administrator will be integral in executing IT security best practices, manage data integrity and storage, as well as assist in identifying and adopting new technologies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
1. IT asset tracking and inventory management.
2. Provide hands-on IT operations support to company users and business partners.
3. As appropriate, will provide escalated on-site support of hardware, software, networking and all other IT related issues.
4. Work with and support all functions across the organization including: Operations, Sales, Marketing, Risk Management, Quality, Human Resources and Finance.
5. Support, troubleshoot, and maintain computer servers and networks.
6. Manage technology tools and resources.
7. Assist with managing report requests, development and ideally posses the ability to write simple SQL reports in PowerBI.
8. Administer IT related accounts such as ERP, Microsoft 365, Adobe, etc.
9. Data security and management.
10. Troubleshooting and resolving advanced technical issues.
11. Monitoring systems performance and security and provide regular status reports.
12. Procurement, upgrading and installing of new hardware and software.
13. Perform other duties as required.
14. Traveling between Los Gatos and associated company- Woolf Farming on rare, as warranted basis.
QUALIFICATIONS: The Systems Administrator role will support the organization by providing knowledge of computer systems to assist company employees so they can complete their job duties effectively. The IT Systems Administrator will possess strong interpersonal skills as they will collaborate with members of all levels of the company.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
· 5+ years of related and progressive IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
· A degree in an IT related field is preferred.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, Windows desktop and server operating systems and VM software.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills, i.e., the ability to communicate and work with employees at all levels of the organization.
· Advances knowledge of virtual server hosting environments.
· Advance networking and IT security knowledge and skills.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Flexible and positive in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to perform tasks with a high level of confidentiality.
· Database administration is a plus.
· ERP, SCADA/MES, ERP, SQL and database administration experience are pluses.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations and provide recommendations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information to management and public groups.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
