Cape Fox subsidiary, Saxman One, LLC is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team in support of a federal government client. This position is contingent upon the award. Incumbents are encouraged to apply!
REQUIRED:
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- One of these Certifications: COMPTIA Security X, CCNP, CISA, CISSP, GCED GCIH, or IAT LEVEL III or another advanced proficiency technical certificate
- A Master's level degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering
The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position is: $119,000 - $152,000. This salary range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making by ensuring data accuracy, developing analytical models, and delivering high-quality reports in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Core Duties:
- Experience with developing definition and application designs in the form of logical data models, data interface specifications, online query and report specifications, structured query language (SQL), database performance loading specifications, and data validation specifications.
- Experience with data warehouse development and design, data knowledge acquisition, legacy conversion specifications and design of data structures/load specifications, and knowledge of Working Capital Fund and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), financial, and human resources systems methods and strategies for data warehousing.
- Create, develop, support, and sustain Risk Management Framework (RMF) Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) processes
- Support A&A cybersecurity policy and control evaluations in accordance with DoD and Navy cybersecurity standards
- Prepare and maintain RMF documentation, artifacts, and supporting packages using Government-approved templates and processes
- Coordinate and facilitate the authorization process to obtain Authority to Operate (ATO) and related approval
- Implement and maintain security postures for systems, networks, and applications throughout their lifecycle
- Provide subject matter expertise in Information Assurance (IA) and cybersecurity life-cycle management
- Deliver RMF A&A support for all ashore and afloat systems and packages
- Complete and submit all A&A tasks within required Government timelines for each RMF step
- Provide maintenance and sustainment of newly created A&A packages during the initial year of the ATO award
- Support and conduct Annual Security Reviews (ASR) to maintain continuous authorization compliance
- Collaborate with cybersecurity stakeholders to document, track, and resolve vulnerabilities and compliance findings
- Ensure all A&A documentation remains accurate, current, and aligned with applicable Navy, DoD, and RMF policy updates
- Design, manage, and maintain data warehousing and analytics systems to support mission objectives
- Develop logical and physical data models, interface specifications, and validation plans, integrating data from ERP, WCF, and HR systems
- Create SQL queries, reports, and dashboards to provide data-driven insights for management and operational decision-making
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff to promote knowledge transfer and operational consistency
Requirements:
- A Master's level degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering.
- Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to analysis, design, and development related to data warehousing and integration capabilities,
- One of these Certifications: COMPTIA Security X, CCNP, CISA, CISSP, GCED GCIH, or IAT LEVEL III or another advanced proficiency technical certificate.
- Must hold an active Top Secret clearance.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
