Senior Helpers - Victoria & San Marcos

Position Summary:

We are looking for an outgoing individual to join our team! Hourly rate $17.50 plus benefits (medical, vacation, bonus, PTO).

Experience Required:

Prior experience required with multi line telephones, typing, filing, etc. is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 – Word, Excel, and Outlook in particular – is a must!

Applicants must have good communication skills, data entry experience, computer proficiency and be a good team player. Our office follows the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act – and so experience with FDCPA is highly desirable.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Filing
• Data entry
• Answering and routing incoming calls
• Payment processing (credit card and check by phone)
• Taking payments over the phone and at front counter
• Running office errands so we require reliable transportation with IRS mileage reimbursement rate at 62.50 cents per mile
• Miscellaneous office duties
