At our Bowling Green, Kentucky facility, technology plays a critical role in how we run the business from manufacturing and inventory management to reporting, integrations, and day-to-day operations. We operate in a fast-moving, hands-on environment where systems need to be reliable, scalable, and aligned with real business needs.

We are building a lean, capable internal IT and business systems function and are looking for someone who enjoys owning systems end-to-end, solving practical problems, and working closely with operations, finance, and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who prefers responsibility and impact over bureaucracy and wants to be the internal go-to person for ERP, systems, and infrastructure.

Role and Responsibility

We’re looking for an experienced ERP & IT Systems Manager to own and support our core business systems and technology infrastructure. This hybrid role combines ERP administration (Acumatica preferred) with IT systems oversight, including networks, hardware, servers, and integrations that power our operations.

Essential Duties and Job Functions

• Serve as the primary internal lead for ERP administration, configuration, user permissions, workflows, dashboards, and troubleshooting.
• Design, configure, and maintain ERP integrations with other business systems (e.g., WMS, ecommerce, reporting).
• Diagnose and resolve issues in Acumatica and related systems; coordinate with external support when needed.
• Build business-focused dashboards and reports to support decision-making across departments.
• Manage network infrastructure, including switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, servers, and on-prem hardware.
• Oversee physical IT systems such as cameras, access control, and server hardware.
• Establish and implement security best practices, backup strategies, and access controls.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Work with vendors and consultants on ERP projects, hardware upgrades, and system improvements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• 3+ years’ experience working with ERP systems — experience with Acumatica strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of user roles, permissions, workflows, and reporting.
• Practical experience with network setup, servers, hardware, and infrastructure.
• Ability to diagnose system issues and lead both technical and non-technical stakeholders in solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with integrations (APIs, middleware) a plus.

Work Hours:

• Full Time. Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Occasional and/or light lifting required. Limited exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc., but none to the point of being disagreeable.
