In our IT Manager role, you will be responsible for overseeing IT support operations and managing technical staff. Through this position, the IT Manager will help guide IT strategy, continuously evaluate and develop technology service methodologies, lead IT projects, and ensure a uniform client experience while interacting with support staff. Most importantly, the IT Manager will ensure IT operations are always aligned with the values and mission of Alles Technology, and will collaborate with executive leadership and the technical team to deliver white-glove service to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to build out and implement an effective IT operational strategy.
- Hire, lead, mentor, and develop technical staff, including performance management and coaching.
- Assign workloads, managing schedules to ensure appropriate client coverage.
- Lead afternoon support team stand up meetings, reviewing client issues and resolving open items.
- Monitor the ticketing system, ensuring SLAs are met and requests are handled expertly by staff and with a uniform brand voice. Track and report on key performance metrics, ticket trends, and service quality.
- Lead internal and client IT projects.
- Enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards aligned with cybersecurity best practices.
- Manage and maintain critical infrastructure (servers, firewalls, cloud environments, backups, monitoring).
- Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, and hardware procurement.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Proactively serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues (“Level 3”), client on-boarding, and other client concerns or service delivery issues as necessary.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and cybersecurity trends to continuously improve IT operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) required.
- 5 or more years of experience in IT management or infrastructure operations, including prior supervisory or management experience.
- Experience in the financial services or wealth management industries is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity concepts and managed IT services.
- Hands-on experience and expert level understanding of networking, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 admin centers, and cybersecurity best practices
- Expert level troubleshooting ability for advanced support escalations
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Experience with network architecture, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint protection tools.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Relevant certifications a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Able to work accurately under pressure to meet competing deadlines, including prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
