Overview
We're on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Product Education team. In this role, you'll design intuitive, user-friendly experiences that simplify complex workflows within our construction management software. Your mission: to make our tools not only functional but delightful to use.

You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to turn user insights and business goals into impactful design solutions. If you're passionate about user-centered design and want to help shape the future of construction tech, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design intuitive interfaces and seamless experiences for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual mockups.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
  • Build and maintain design systems and style guides.
  • Advocate for user needs and champion UX best practices across the product lifecycle.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, technical constraints, and evolving business needs.
  • Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates user-centered thinking and visual design excellence (please include a link).
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Solid grasp of user research methods and usability principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bonus: Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
