Position: Citrix Architect

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Citrix architect provides operational and technical support for the client Citrix Server environment and associated applications such as Citrix Cloud, Virtual App, Virtual Desktop, StoreFront, Citrix Provisioning Services, and NetScaler (VPX), AWS Cloud.

Citrix Architect Duties & Responsibilities

· Primarily responsible for the design, implementation, and support of solutions related to Citrix/Citrix Cloud projects and initiatives.

· Design and implementation of Citrix Cloud environments

· Migration from previous versions of Citrix to newer versions

· Responsible for innovation roadmaps, maintenance scheduling, life cycle management, and capacity management for the Citrix /Citrix Cloud environments and related dependent technologies.

· Responsible for managing the day-to-day administration, planning, and problem-solving for the Citrix environment on a 24x7 basis.

· Ensures that a Service Catalog of all available services is developed and maintained and that the structure of service level agreements is fully defined by the mapping of services to users and business processes.

· Supports Service Delivery Management teams to ensure solutions incorporate requisite operational methods, procedures, facilities, and tools required to achieve defined operational metrics.

· Provide Level 3 support for incidents, investigations, running forensics tools and event documentation/reporting.

· Work with other Infrastructure Engineering Operation team members to architect, design and implement Citrix Virtualization Solutions

· Provide thought leadership and guidance for project teams and team members.

Citrix Architect Qualifications

· 15+Years of experience with Large Enterprise Citrix Environment, NetScaler, Citrix Cloud, AWS Cloud.

· Bachelor of Computer Engineering or Equivalent Computer science degree.

· Citrix Certifications

· AWS Certification is plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
