Job Summary
We are seeking a top-tier IT Analyst with a strong background in database administration and general IT support. This role is ideal for a self-driven, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality technical solutions. You’ll be supporting a 200-employee infrastructure while managing databases, reports, and systems critical to business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage SQL databases, including data migration, ETL processes, and performance tuning
- Generate SSRS reports and business queries to support data-driven decision-making
- Analyze business data and create actionable reports
- Implement and maintain MRP, ERP, and CRM systems
- Provide desktop support, mobile provisioning, and technical troubleshooting
- Manage IT inventory and ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technical needs
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SQL, SSRS, ETL, and database administration
- Familiarity with MRP, ERP, and CRM systems
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and desktop support
- Experience supporting mid-sized organizations (200+ employees)
- Knowledge of accounting and finance systems is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
