About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on operator that is ready to serve as a key partner to our executive leadership team as we expand our analytics and AI capabilities. In this role, you will be operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operational execution, translating business vision into data-driven initiatives. You'll manage high-impact analytics and AI initiatives that directly influence decision-making, while overseeing software development projects that transform how we use data.

This is a high-visibility role with clear growth potential. You'll work directly with our Director of Analytics and have regular exposure to executive leadership.

What You'll Do

Analytics & AI

• Lead the development of Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions that drive business decisions
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools to solve business and operational challenges
• Own data quality, governance, and analytics best practices across the organization
• Build and scale analytics capabilities using Power BI and modern data tools

Program & Project Management

• Partner with the Project Manager to prioritize and scope internal software initiatives
• Manage external partnerships to ensure deliverables align with business objectives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance) to deliver impactful solutions
• Balance multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining focus on business outcomes

Strategic Leadership

• Identify opportunities where analytics and AI can drive competitive advantage
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and department heads
• Support the Director in developing the analytics and AI roadmap
• Act as the "go-to" analytics expert for complex or ambiguous business problems
• Stay current on analytics and AI trends, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team

What You Bring

Required Experience

• 3-5 years in analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles
• 2-3 years of technical project management or initiatives
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI or machine learning solutions in a business environment
• Marketing experience strongly preferred; manufacturing, supply chain, or operations experience a plus

Technical Skills

• Power BI: Advanced DAX, complex data modeling, enterprise report design
• AI/ML: Experience with generative AI tools, agentic workflows, Machine Learning, or predictive analytics; familiarity with LLMs, RAG/embedding models, API integration, and building user interfaces for AI applications
• Data: SQL proficiency, understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
• Project management: Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Bonus: Python/R, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), HubSpot, Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Execution and leadership: you can not only build and execute, but drive actions in others

• Analytics, AI, and automation projects deliver measurable ROI
• Software development projects are delivered on time with strong user adoption
• Within one year, you should be able to lead initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight, present confidently to senior leadership, and contribute meaningfully to strategic planning

You'll receive mentorship and be involved in regular discussions about strategy and technology investment.
