Web Designer, Project Manager, and SEO Expert
We are hiring for a position that would work with our website development team in directly managing our Website Design/SEO client projects while also providing SEO services and support for clients. In addition, this role would provide basic website support, updates to client websites, answer website support questions, create client websites using WordPress and Plugins. Day to day, this position will be provide client communications and managing website design, website support, and SEO tasks while directly communication with clients and website development team.
The candidate should have advanced experience meeting with clients and direct client communications, managing project timelines, and outlining project specs. Additionally, candidates should be extremely fluent in graphic design concepts, WordPress design & editing, and building web pages. They should possess creativity and willingness to work on their own initiative as well as collaborate with others effectively.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS knowledge
- Extremely proficient in WordPress Fundamentals & Development experience (e.g., Child themes, working with the editor, widgets, menus, pages, and Plugins)
- Excellent project management skills and experience with project management systems
- Serious experience with SEO services with understanding how to optimize for AI results
- Highly competent with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
- Highly competent with other SEO tools and 3rd party services
- Understanding of UX/UI (user experience/user interface) design
- Experience with design software (e.g., Photoshop)
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Color Scheme understanding
- Excellent communication and empathy skills as it relates to client communications
- Ability to identify and solve problems independently, creatively, and effectively
- Adaptable and willing to research and learn new techniques
Job Duties Include:
- Meet with clients to review project specs (using PM system), website templates and refine designs
- Meet and communicate with clients regarding provided SEO services and results
- Use SEO best practices to complete specific SEO tasks and optimizations
- Be a resource for Business Development team for quotes, proposals, and meetings with potential clients
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Designing visual imagery for websites and ensure that they are in line with branding for clients.
- Run website tests to preview layouts, user experience and website features
- Edit pages, posts, and menus
- Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
- Fixing any functionality issues, such as the removal of “dead links”
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
