Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Support & Scheduling Assistant to help new customers get started with our laundry pickup & delivery service.
This is a remote, flexible role with no experience required.
You choose when you work and how much you earn.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with basic questions about our laundry service
- Send information using pre-written scripts
- Help customers schedule their first pickup
- Share your referral link (online or in person)
- Track new sign-ups through your dashboard
- Provide simple updates to the team
No cold-calling. No sales pressure.
Just answer questions → help schedule → you earn.
