Summary:
As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for driving the organization's technological vision. You will develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives, oversee IT infrastructure, ensure robust security, and collaborate with various departments to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute IT strategies that support the organization's long-term goals.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and optimization of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud solutions.
- Security Assurance: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Technology Partnerships: Collaborate with business units to identify technology needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Solution Delivery: Manage the selection, deployment, and optimization of software and hardware solutions.
- System Maintenance: Ensure the continuous monitoring, maintenance, and upgrading of IT systems and networks.
- Vendor Management: Partner with external vendors to deliver high-quality services and optimize IT investments.
- Financial Stewardship: Develop and manage the IT budget to ensure cost-effective technology solutions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on IT performance, project status, and security posture to senior management.
- Innovation and Adaptability: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of IT management experience.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, networks, security, cloud computing, and software solutions.
- Proven track record in IT budgeting, vendor management, and project management.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and IT security best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ERPs.
- Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing environment.
