LOCATION: Fairfax, VA

SIGN ON BONUS: $2,000 - $3,000

CLEARANCE: Top Secret (TS) with SCI eligibility

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS (nice to have): Usability/UX-related certification (e.g., CUA).

EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years conducting usability testing, including test planning, wireframing, session facilitation, data analysis, and reporting.
• 10+ years creating and documenting information design concepts via wireframes, prototypes, and task flow diagrams.
• 10+ years conducting user interviews and contextual inquiries to gather insights.
• 10+ years providing subject matter expertise in agile development methodologies.
• 10+ years translating user research into actionable UI requirements and workflows.
• 10+ years developing wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• 10+ years iterating on design prototypes and working applications for AI/ML tool development.
• 10+ years building mock-up solutions for rapid implementation.
• 10+ years testing usability, monitoring metrics, and leveraging research to enhance user experience.
• 10+ years applying user-based design principles to AI solution development.
• 10+ years capturing user feedback from interviews, usability tests, surveys, and data analysis to refine UX.
• 10+ years designing and prototyping AI/ML solutions with a user-centered approach.
• 10+ years collaborating with Mission and Capability Delivery teams to define product goals.
• 8+ years working with user tracking and metrics tools (Matomo) and visualizing user data with Qlik/Tableau.
• 8+ years identifying mission goals, user workflows, and system requirements with end-users.
• 8+ years engaging in user research, customer testing, and iterative feedback loops.

[Experience with DoD ADVANA is a plus]

SKILLS:

• Usability Testing: Test planning, wireframing, session facilitation, data analysis, reporting.
• UX/UI Design: Wireframes, prototypes, task flow diagrams, visual design.

Pay: $101,323.00 - $179,996.00 per year
