We are seeking to hire an individual to provide weekly janitorial service for multiple Washington State agency buildings. The goal is to maintain our clients buildings in a clean and orderly condition.

** Successful background check required**

***Must have reliable transportation. Will be required to travel between 2 sites, 3 time a week.***

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Be respectful to our staff as well as represent our company well with the public and our client
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven 2year working experience as a janitor
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Ability to Commute:

• Cowlitz County, WA (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Cowlitz County, WA: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
