ERP Technology Manager
Location: Hybrid, Knoxville, TN

We are seeking an experienced ERP Technology Manager to lead and mentor teams supporting ERP systems and integrations. This role oversees ERP administration and integration teams, manages multiple projects, and ensures reliable, secure, and efficient operations across business and technology functions.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years of people management (leading technical operations teams)
- Must have Oracle ERP experience managing multiple Oracle environments
- Must have experience managing integration between Oracle ERP and other systems
- Experience in managing the Scrum process
ERP Technology Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP administration and integration teams to deliver stable, secure environments.
- Oversee system releases, environment refreshes, testing support, and incident resolution.
- Monitor ERP uptime and partner with technology teams to ensure availability.
- Develop KPIs and reports to track performance and drive process improvements
- Align team priorities with ERP portfolio initiatives and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Mentor and manage team members, including recruitment, training, and performance development.
- Collaborate with business and IT partners to implement automation and infrastructure improvements.
ERP Technology Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle ERP Cloud preferred).
- Experience with ITIL, SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD tools.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
