HTC Global Services is seeking an Enterprise Salesforce Architect to drive the design and delivery of secure, scalable, high-impact solutions across our healthcare client landscape. In this fully remote position, you will define and own enterprise architecture for Salesforce platforms integrated with cutting-edge technologies like Kubernetes, Kafka, and .NET—helping modernize mission-critical healthcare systems across the country.

What You'll Do
- Architect and lead enterprise Salesforce solutions with a focus on scale, security, and integration across cloud and legacy systems
- Define technical strategy, standards, and roadmaps in partnership with IT, business, and executive leadership
- Lead architectural reviews, provide governance, and ensure consistent implementation of best practices
- Design and optimize complex integrations (including Kafka, JBOSS, APIs) and middleware for seamless ecosystem communication
- Guide and mentor technical teams through delivery cycles (Agile/SAFe preferred)
- Ensure architectural compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
- Represent architectural decisions to stakeholders and C-level executives
What You Bring
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3–5+ years as an enterprise or solution architect in Salesforce environments
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification strongly preferred
- Experience designing multi-org Salesforce implementations in regulated industries (healthcare preferred)
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with modern cloud-native tools: Kubernetes/OpenShift, Kafka, REST APIs, .NET/Java stacks
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, identity, and compliance frameworks
- Prior leadership of architecture initiatives involving cross-functional technical and non-technical teams
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability, HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, or CMS guidelines is a major plus
- Proficiency in visual architecture modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, UML)
