Job description

Follow the company's IT strategic planning and project work distribution (mainly SAP, CRM, SRM systems), complete all project tasks promptly and efficiently to meet project goals.

Based on the information security assurance system plan, handle specific tasks to ensure the security of the company's information systems and data, enabling effective control of terminals (mobile phones, computers, printers, etc.).

Handle daily operations and maintenance of IT systems based on internal departmental assignments. Respond promptly to user-submitted issues and resolve them efficiently. Evaluate and implement solutions for new business requirements.

Complete tasks based on monthly departmental plans, meeting minutes, and temporary assignments from leadership promptly and efficiently.

Complete and organize project and related work documentation according to project management and internal documentation requirements. Submit to the designated shared file directory.
