Job description

Looking for a highly skilled and adaptable AI Engineer with a strong technical foundation in artificial intelligence, particularly in building intelligent, agent-based systems. This individual should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be capable of rapidly prototyping and deploying innovative AI solutions for marketing applications. They should combine deep technical expertise with a practical, problem-solving mindset to create systems that evolve and improve over time.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Core AI Skills: Proven experience with neural networks, pattern recognition, or agentic systems (systems that can plan, act, and learn autonomously). Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), transformers, and computer vision is critical.
  • Programming Proficiency: Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals (e.g., writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code).
  • Experience with LLMs: Hands-on experience working with large language model platforms like OpenAI (e.g., GPT), Anthropic (e.g., Claude), or Google’s AI tools (e.g., Vertex AI).
  • Simulation and Reasoning Systems: Knowledge of or experience with reinforcement learning (RL), simulation environments, or systems that reason and improve through feedback loops.
  • Experimentation: Comfortable running experiments with prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and chaining multiple AI models to optimize performance.
  • Problem-Solving and Agility:
  • A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to move quickly from concept to prototype and iterate based on real-world results.
  • Comfortable tackling complex, ambiguous problems in the AI-application space, particularly for marketing challenges like campaign planning, creative generation, and performance analytics.
  • Collaboration:
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and media teams, to integrate AI systems into production workflows.
  • Strong communication skills to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Education and Experience:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience is acceptable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
